Watch them dip, dip.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp finely grated carrots , optional
  • 1 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce , optional

Instructions

Stir rice vinegar with sugar in a medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Add fish sauce, 2 tbsp water, carrots and chili-garlic sauce.
